This is an initial visit with the provider. It entails a detailed history and examination to prepare for treatment options. A treatment plan is tailored to meet individual needs. Medication management and talk therapy offered. Visit length 45 minutes.

This 20-minute visit offers a shorter length for established patients. Performing a focused assessment with medication refills, treatment plan changes, medication changes and addresses any concerns the patient may have.
